► How do I enter my customization info?

Please write your customization information in the "Add a note to Wood & Mine" comment box when viewing your cart at check out. Be sure to double check spelling!

► What is your current order turnaround time?

Current turnaround for new orders is approx. 1 week. If you have a deadline, please message me directly.

Please keep in mind that each of my beautiful, hefty chopping blocks and bamboo pieces are handmade and made-to-order, meaning my turnaround is often longer than other engraving shops who sell pre-manufactured items. The best things often require patience!

► Do you offer expedited or rush processing options?

► Do you do custom designs?

I do! Please email me with your thoughts. If you provide the artwork, (ie: a logo, wedding invite, or hand written-recipe,) there is no additional design charge and pricing for the cutting board is based on engraving size. If you would like me to design something for you, a $6.00 - $10.00 design fee applies. This includes as many mock-ups as necessary to get it just right!

► Can I change / move / omit text on a design?

Absolutely! All of the text in any one of my designs in completely customizable. Since all of the artwork is made by me personally, designs can be very flexible. All I ask is that you consider space limitations and choose words/phrases that are similar in length to the sample designs. Please be sure to leave all of your personalization info in the "add a note to Wood & Mine" comment box during checkout :)

Why is shipping to my address so expensive?

My cutting boards are very thick and quite heavy, (approx. 7 pounds!) so actual shipping costs usually range between $10 and $21.00 for domestic shipments and as high as $60.00 for international! While I've considered selling lighter boards to reduce shipping costs, it's the hefty, solid, end-grain style of my larger chopping blocks that make them one of a kind!

Etsy automatically calculates shipping with USPS but, if you're concerned with costs, feel free to send me your shipping postal code in a message and I'll get some quotes for you from UPS and Fedex that might be a bit better!

Do you ship internationally?

I do! Keep in mind however that because the boards are quite heavy (approx. 7 pounds,) International shipping can be pricey: typically ranging from $50 to $70. This does not include any duties or customs fees that may apply.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

I do! Please contact me to discuss larger orders and options for combined shipping. Due to limited production capacity however, (I'm only me!) my maximum order quantities are below:

Cutting boards: Limited to 5 pieces to one order
Coasters: Limited to 10 sets of 4 (or 40 individual pieces)
Spoons / Spatulas: 5 sets or 10 individual pieces
