► TURNAROUND & SHIPPING:
My processing time varies seasonally. For current order turnaround, please scroll to the shipping and/or FAQ tabs below this description. If you request a proof, you will receive an image of your custom design via Etsy Conversations 24 - 48 hours before your order is due to ship. Once you give me the A-OK, your product will be engraved and shipped via USPS or Fedex, depending on destination, in the order it was received.

Special care and attention is given to each handmade product, made in my home based studio in Oregon, USA.

Wood & Mine's materials are sustainable or reclaimed and my packaging is compostable packing peanuts, post recycled newsprint which can go in your recycle bin, or reusable bubble sleeves which can be reused or recycled at collection points. No styrofoam or non-recyclable plastics are used.

► How do I enter my customization info?

► What is your current order turnaround time?

Current turnaround for new orders is approx. 1 week. If you have a deadline, please message me directly.

Please keep in mind that each of my beautiful, hefty chopping blocks and bamboo pieces are handmade and made-to-order, meaning my turnaround is often longer than other engraving shops who sell pre-manufactured items. The best things often require patience!

► Do you offer expedited or rush processing options?

► Do you do custom designs?

I do! Please email me with your thoughts. If you provide the artwork, (ie: a logo, wedding invite, or hand written-recipe,) there is no additional design charge and pricing for the cutting board is based on engraving size. If you would like me to design something for you, a $6.00 - $10.00 design fee applies. This includes as many mock-ups as necessary to get it just right!

► Can I change / move / omit text on a design?

Absolutely! All of the text in any one of my designs in completely customizable. Since all of the artwork is made by me personally, designs can be very flexible. All I ask is that you consider space limitations and choose words/phrases that are similar in length to the sample designs. Please be sure to leave all of your personalization info in the "add a note to Wood & Mine" comment box during checkout :)

Why is shipping to my address so expensive?

My cutting boards are very thick and quite heavy, (approx. 7 pounds!) so actual shipping costs usually range between $10 and $21.00 for domestic shipments and as high as $60.00 for international! While I've considered selling lighter boards to reduce shipping costs, it's the hefty, solid, end-grain style of my larger chopping blocks that make them one of a kind!

Etsy automatically calculates shipping with USPS but, if you're concerned with costs, feel free to send me your shipping postal code in a message and I'll get some quotes for you from UPS and Fedex that might be a bit better!

Do you ship internationally?

I do! Keep in mind however that because the boards are quite heavy (approx. 7 pounds,) International shipping can be pricey: typically ranging from $50 to $70. This does not include any duties or customs fees that may apply.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

I do! Please contact me to discuss larger orders and options for combined shipping. Due to limited production capacity however, (I'm only me!) my maximum order quantities are below:

Cutting boards: Limited to 5 pieces to one order
Coasters: Limited to 10 sets of 4 (or 40 individual pieces)
Spoons / Spatulas: 5 sets or 10 individual pieces
